Sandy Ground Sunset

Sandy Ground Sunset Anguilla

If there is one thing that Sandy Ground (Road Bay, Anguilla) has a lot of are sunsets. When the clouds are just right, and the clarity spot on, beach goers are treated to an awesome spectacle. If there is another thing Sandy Ground has a lot of (aside from the pictured fishing and charter boats) are bars and restaurants, so there is always plenty of entertainment while one waits for sunset to happen. A must visit for those coming to the island.

Update: Thankfully after Hurricane Irma most of the places along ‘the strip’ at Sandy Ground most places were left still standing, if a little worse for wear, with any damaged properties now on their way back to their former selves after a couple of months. That’s great news, as I can’t really imagine Anguilla without the night life afforded by this once tiny fishing community. Thumbs up all involved.
